  • Do you ship to my city and location?

For a superlative customer experience, we are using one of the best delivery partners in India (FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, ATS Couriers). These courier companies deliver to almost all the major cities in India. If your delivery address is in the rural area or far from any major city, please share your pin code with us before placing the order. For such Outside Delivery Address (ODA) Courier companies charge some extra delivery charges which will be informed to you.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

Products are typically dispatched within 2-4 days of order confirmation & further 6-10 days required to deliver the product at your doorstep. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your order if we have already not gotten in touch with you.

  • Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?

No, shipments are free of charge. When you give a pin-code in the address field while ordering a product, we will indicate whether we ship to your pin-code or not & let you know extra charges if any.

  • How do I track my order?

The best way to check your order status is to track the courier website by Tracking no. provided by us after the dispatch of Item. We try our best to deliver your product before you can even think.

  • What if I receive a damaged product?

We do our best while packing the goods that ensure the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case you receive a damaged product please Create an unboxing video and submit the report within 48 hours at Support@wowtopgear.com

  • Can I cancel the order?

In the unlikely event that the product does not meet your preferences or if accommodating it poses a challenge, you do have the option to cancel the order. However, it’s important to note that cancellations cannot be accommodated once the order has been processed.
